Members of LEPSYS.eu
LEPSYS.eu is a consortium for European Lepidoptera Systematists, which aims to promote and
facilitate collaborations amongst Europeans. This is seen as necessary ground work in order to
increase the chances for EU-funding of a large multinational project on Lepidoptera classification
and evolutionary history. The founding of LEPSYS.eu does not imply that Europeans are not
willing to work and collaborate internationally as well. On the contrary, we feel that a concerted
effort in Europe will necessarily involve global participation and strong ties with Lepidoptera
Systematists around the world. LEPSYS.eu welcomes all European Lepidoptera Systematists as members.
LEPSYS.eu also welcomes any non-European Lepidoptera Systematists
who would benefit from collaborations with LEPSYS.eu members as associate members. To join LEPSYS.eu
and receive current information on ongoing projects, please send an e-mail to the chairperson of the
Committee.
